Job Description

This position oversees the Family Intensive Treatment program, providing clinical supervisory guidance to our team of professionals. The Family Intensive Treatment is an intensive, wrap-around treatment program designed for parents with children under 10 years old involved with child welfare due to substance misuse.

Our team assists families by reducing the impact of parental substance use on the family, community, and child welfare system. We provide therapeutic support, access to community resources, and lived-experience mentoring.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's Degree in Social Work or a related area of study from an accredited university, with three years of clinical experience and one year of supervisory experience working with at-risk populations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Three years of clinical experience and one year of supervisory experience in working with at-risk populations.
  • Florida licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is preferred.
  • Certification as a Wraparound Facilitator in high fidelity Wraparound and certification as a Wraparound Facilitator Supervisor/Coach within three months of employment are required.
  • Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) certification is preferred.
