Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our global finance team. As a key member of our team, you will provide support for annual plans, monthly forecasts, and performance reporting for Engineering & Technology. You will partner with business stakeholders to ensure accuracy for spend, headcount, and other key metrics based on operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Support monthly results analysis and generate regular reporting
  • Update monthly metrics and scorecard metrics for quarterly executive meetings
  • Lead thoughtful analysis and proactively evaluate key drivers and metrics
  • Collaborate with the accounting team on accruals and other elements of the close process
  • Prepare insightful presentations for senior management
Requirements
  • Finance, accounting, or related degree preferred
  • 3 to 5+ years experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis
  • Demonstrated analytical and systems skills
  • Experience with corporate computerized budgeting/accounting systems and multi-dimensional database management tools
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
