  • Establish Labor Needs: Develop and implement a labor plan based on sales forecasts to ensure adequate staffing levels.

  • Maintain Warehouse Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the building, equipment, housekeeping, and sanitation programs to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with Management: Work closely with the management team to establish goals and objectives for the warehouse.
  • Lead Warehouse Supervisors: Direct and supervise warehouse supervisors to achieve prescribed goals and objectives.
  • Transportation Management: Control and direct all transportation into and out of the warehouse to meet company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Support production department managers to develop a smooth flow of inventory into the warehouse for both shipping and storage.
  • Training and Development: Establish a standard training program for all levels of employees involved in operations and provide training to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct annual performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in a distribution environment, with 7+ years of experience in a management role.
  • Skills: WMS experience, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous process improvement.
  • Knowledge: Healthcare distribution license requirements and the ability to obtain a personal designated representative license.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $100-110K, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
