- Perform additional duties as assigned to support company objectives.
- Proven experience in managing tilt-up and ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Associate's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or Journeyman status in a building trade, along with demonstrated supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and processes related to commercial and institutional projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and other industry-related tools.
- Current safety certifications, including OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR.
- Strong understanding of project sequencing and scheduling strategies.
- Ability to manage project controls and change orders effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
- Commitment to delivering quality work with minimal rework.
