Job Title: Windows and Virtualization Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows and Virtualization Administrator to join our team at Yularatech. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Windows-based server infrastructure and virtual environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Server Management: Install, configure, and manage Windows servers and related infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and efficiency.
  • Virtualization: Implement and maintain virtualization solutions, including VMware and Hyper-V, to optimize system performance and reduce costs.
  • Active Directory and DNS: Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other Windows services to ensure seamless network operations.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform regular backups, patch management, and disaster recovery planning to ensure business continuity.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows and virtual environments to minimize downtime and ensure high system availability.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams to deploy and integrate new technologies and services, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Security: Ensure compliance with security policies and implement access controls and monitoring to protect against cyber threats.
  • Documentation: Prepare documentation for system processes and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Windows System Administrator or Virtualization Administrator, with a strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of backup/recovery tools and security best practices, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and certification in Microsoft or VMware technologies (e.g., MCSE, VCP) is a plus.
