Administrative Operations Coordinator

Rizzetta & Company Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to support our District Manager. As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
About the Role:
This role involves providing administrative support, including:
- Preparing agenda packages and transcribing meeting minutes.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and information requests.
- Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors.
- Maintaining district files, both physical and digital.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of office work experience, preferably in property management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
Work Environment:
This role is based in a professional office environment, requiring minimal travel. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently in a fast-paced environment, using their initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operation.
