We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at Le French Patisserie. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the pastry department, including production, menu development, and team management.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.
  • Develop and implement new menu items, taking into account customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Manage and motivate a team of pastry chefs and bakers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality products.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker in an upscale restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in high-volume, high-caliber operations.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with industrial baking equipment and a strong understanding of pastry production processes.
