Job Description

This role involves providing high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. As a Staff Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional conditions, identifying potential health risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address patients' medical, social, and cultural needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and efficient communication.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed to ensure patient satisfaction and improved outcomes.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
