Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled RN to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identifying their physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Care Coordination: Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective care delivery.
  • Medication Administration and Education: Administer medications as prescribed, educate patients and families on medication use and side effects, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Documentation and Communication: Accurately document patient information, communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Requirements:
  • Licensure/Certification: Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications preferred.
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting, preferably in the Emergency Department.
