Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Accountant to join our dynamic team. As an Accountant at Apex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and growth of our company. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts payable and receivable, supporting the month-end close process, and implementing systems and processes to support our rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records.
  • Support the month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX.
  • Prepare financial reports and dashboards for executive review, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and processes, driving efficiency and scalability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with a CPA or equivalent certification.
  • 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX, with experience in financial audit preparation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with NetSuite.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
