Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Assembler to join our team at Aerotek. As a Heavy Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and testing servo motors using hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test servo motors using hand and power tools.
  • Follow manufacturing test procedures and implement continuous improvement ideas for the manufacturing process.
  • Perform electronic and/or mechanical assembly, read schematics and mechanical drawings, operate machine tools, and use production tooling and fixtures.
  • May be required to solder, hand braze, or induction braze.
  • Rotate to different work stations as production needs require.
  • Responsible for inspecting and gauging finished parts, making tooling adjustments, and handling and moving supplies and materials.
  • Verify outside labels and unit labels are the same for all packet parts.
