Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of the TLC's strategic plan and programs to support teaching and learning at UCLA.
- Oversee the management of the TLC's staff and resources, including budgeting and personnel supervision.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to identify and address teaching and learning needs across the university.
- Develop and implement programs to support teaching innovation, pedagogical research, and educational assessment.
- Represent the TLC on university-wide committees and projects, and engage in national and international collaborations to advance teaching and learning.
- Terminal degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, instructional design, higher education administration).
- 8-10 years of experience in academic administration, preferably in a teaching and learning center or similar role.
- Experience in teaching and curriculum development at the university level.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with faculty, staff, and students.
