As a Sanitation Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness in our distribution center. Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Conduct regular cleaning and sanitizing of food contact and non-food contact surfaces
  • Document and maintain sanitation logs to track cleaning activities
  • Read and understand chemical labels to ensure safe use of cleaning products
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to address any cleaning or sanitation issues
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment between 34F and 42F
  • Ability to work in a wet and cold environment
  • Safely work near moving mechanical parts and equipment
  • Ability and willingness to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch/bend as needed to perform essential tasks
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or 2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to be flexible with hours
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
  • Forklift/Scissor Lift experience (Preferred)
