Key Responsibilities- Regulatory Compliance Program: Maintains current knowledge of applicable federal compliance laws and applies regulations and regulatory guidance materials within SCA's environment.
- Policies and Procedures: Implements and operationalizes compliance policies and procedures, collaborating with key departments, legal counsel, and management to ensure that SCA has and maintains appropriate privacy and confidentiality, information notices, and materials reflecting current SCA regulatory compliance practices and requirements.
- Ability to Draft and Revise Documents: Excellent planning, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential for drafting and revising documents, including policies and standards.
- Strong Critical Thinking and Organizational Skills: Ability to respond well under pressure and possess strong skills in the use of information systems, databases, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to our mission and values.
SCA Health offers a competitive salary of $200,000.00 per year, along with a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
