Mercy Hospital Springfield is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join our team. We need additional anesthesia providers to meet the growing volumes of cases and exciting growth in the hospital across all procedure service lines.
This is an opportunity to practice under a medical supervision model and be part of a team of experienced CRNAs and anesthesiologists.
Key Highlights:- No call
- Evening/night shift (1p-11p or 3p-11p)
- 40-45 hour workweek - 8- and 10-hour blocks
- Every 6th week off
- $50,000 commencement bonus

Mercy Hospital Springfield is a 800+ bed hospital, level I trauma center, tertiary care and referral center for 1.5M+ people. We offer comprehensive surgical services and specialists, with 75 Anesthesia APPs and 22 anesthesiologists. You will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including the main hospital OR, outpatient surgery center, orthopedic hospital, eye center, endoscopy and interventional pulmonology, and OBG.
We are a very supportive medical staff, with friendly and fun surgeons, experienced CRNAs, supportive leadership and administration. We also have a strong mentorship program for new graduates and a system-wide Epic EMR.
