As a key member of our anesthesia department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our team of anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists to develop and implement anesthesia plans
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgical procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency
Requirements:
- Current certification as an Anesthesiologist Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in an anesthesia department
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and nights
