Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Arkansas Children's Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality MRI exams in a safe and timely manner, while providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of MRI protocols to optimize image quality and reduce scan length
  • Screen patients, families, and staff for MRI contraindications and ensure proper safety protocols are followed
  • Operate MRI equipment and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate and timely exam results
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college program or technical school
  • ARRT certification in MRI and Basic Life Support CPR for Healthcare Providers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
