Randstad USA, a leading workforce solutions firm, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth in our enterprise client segment. With a strong focus on strategic relationships and consultative sales, this role will play a critical part in expanding our presence in the market.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining deep, lasting relationships with our enterprise clients. You will work closely with our consulting teams to identify opportunities beyond staffing and develop tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in designated markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients through consultative sales and account management
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to present and qualify opportunities beyond staffing
- Negotiate expectations, terms, conditions, and pricing of services with new clients
- Partner internally to support teammates and ensure efficient opportunity management
- Manage opportunity pipelines and contribute to regional daily orders meetings
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven sales record closing complex sales in the solutions and staffing space
- 5+ years of sales experience in the creative, digital, and marketing space or consultative sales
- Experience working with strategic accounts and presenting services at various levels of client organizations
- Professional communication skills and proficiency in using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
Benefits

- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year
