The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve product goals and drive revenue growth for the Plumbing division. The candidate will play a critical role in developing product strategies, warehouse and fulfillment performance, building strong relationships with vendors, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The overarching goal is to maximize product performance, expand the customer base, and ensure the overall success of the plumbing department by collaborating with retailers and other key stakeholders to increase market share and drive incremental revenue.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive product strategies that complement existing product offerings and drive incremental revenue.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of associates to achieve individual and collective product goals.

Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to help team members improve their skills and achieve their full potential.

Develop sales plans, inventory targets, and budgets for the product team.

Monitor and track product performance to identify areas for improvement and take corrective action as needed to ensure sales objectives are met or exceeded.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by acting as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase product penetration.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the product knowledge of the sales and design center teams, enabling successful product category launches.

Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive and knowledgeable.

Analyze product performance data, trends, and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of inventory efficiency.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, most sought-after luxury plumbing SKUs, and competitive threats.


Basic Qualifications:


Results-oriented mindset with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role in plumbing supply distribution.

Thorough knowledge of the complete Kohler product lineup.

Basic understanding of warehousing and fulfillment operations.

Strong leadership and team building skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in warehouse management systems, RF warehouse systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications:
