Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care to neonatal and pediatric patients in the NICU
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Supervise and mentor supportive staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with hospital policies and standards of care
- Current Registered Nurse License in the state of Oregon
- 5+ years of experience in NICU or pediatric nursing
- Level 2 NICU skills and pediatric med-surg experience preferred
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification
- NRP S.T.A.B.L.E. certification preferred
- PALS preferred
- Bilingual skills highly preferred
