Providence is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at the Center for Medically Fragile Children and Adult ICF. As a RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to our medically fragile children and adults, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to our medically fragile children and adults, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon.
- At least 1 year of experience in a pediatric or adult ICF setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
