Job Summary

Los Ninos Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Homecare Teacher to join our team. As a Special Education Homecare Teacher, you will provide high-quality instruction and support to young children with special needs in their homes, daycare centers, or community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Provide direct instruction and support to children in their homes, daycare centers, or community settings.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and development.
Requirements
  • Masters in Special Education (Certificate in Students with Disabilities B-2nd) or equivalent.
  • Or Certificate or License in one of the following professions: Special Education (Permanent Certification), Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech & Language Pathology.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Early childhood education experience or child care experience.
  • Bilingual Spanish.
