About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician Advisory Team Member to join our team at Sound Physicians. As a key member of our advisory team, you will work closely with hospital administrations to identify and address performance improvement opportunities, such as length of stay, readmissions, enhanced documentation, and regulatory compliance.

About the Team

Our advisory team includes 23 Sound-employed onsite physician advisors spread across the nation, working directly within various hospitals, and an additional 39 onsite physician advisors employed directly by the hospitals we support. We lead efforts in utilization management (UM), compliance, and clinical documentation improvement (CDI) in our partner hospitals.

About the Opportunity

As a Physician Advisory Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of physician leaders who are passionate about improving patient care and outcomes. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to hospital administrators and staff on clinical documentation improvement, utilization management, and regulatory compliance.
