We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead Mechanic to join our team at Amerisource Health Services, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on packaging equipment in our manufacturing area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of new equipment, modifications, and upgrades to existing equipment and systems
  • Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on packaging equipment
  • Leading projects, training production and maintenance associates, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Strong project management skills, ability to maintain schedules, manage vendors, and provide weekly progress updates
  • Strong interaction with vendors to ensure on-time delivery, best pricing, and quality products

Requirements:

  • Associates degree, completion of vocational program, or certification in maintenance/technical discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated industry
  • Strong project management skills, electrical and mechanical background, and knowledge of generators, chillers, PLC, air handling units, roof top air conditioning, pneumatics, and clean room environment
