Maintenance and Rehabilitation Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Rehabilitation Technician to join our team at Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance functions to ensure the upkeep and enhancement of our properties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, and carpentry, as well as experience working with HVAC systems. You will work closely with our maintenance team and management to ensure that all work meets the highest standards set by our company.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential issues and take corrective action
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Perform minor pool maintenance and assist with ground maintenance, including trash removal and landscaping
- Prepare units for new residents, ensuring they are clean and ready for occupancy
- Audit and inspect work performed by outside contractors to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, and carpentry
- Experience working with HVAC systems and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, and management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
