Job Summary

HealthPRO Heritage, LLC is seeking a skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist for Children, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to pediatric patients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for pediatric patients, based on their unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in speech and language skills.
  • Provide direct therapy services to pediatric patients, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care for pediatric patients.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes, using standardized assessment tools and reporting procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and research in pediatric speech and language therapy.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with pediatric patients, families, and healthcare teams.
