In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of fundraising programs for pregnancy centers and clinics, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing administrative support to the team.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for entering data necessary for producing multiple ongoing projects, tracking and communicating with team members, reviewing and proofreading data sheets and final art, and coordinating and managing calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.

To be successful in this role, you should have an Associates degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 2-4 years of administrative experience with a proven track record of handling large-scale information flow and proofreading or quality control tasks.

Key skills and qualifications include exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary range for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere while being part of a dedicated team of professionals who care about our clients and each other.
