Are you a Speech-Language Pathologist eager to support exceptional students aged 3-22 with autism and related challenges?

Our dedicated team comprises six school-based SLPs who leverage their expertise to enhance students' communication abilities and help them realize their potential. Crossroads School envisions a future where individuals with autism lead fulfilling lives, receiving the educational and clinical support necessary to achieve ambitious goals and engage meaningfully with their families and communities throughout their lives.

As a vital member of our SLP team, you will facilitate students in reaching their objectives and developing both foundational and advanced communication skills, including expressive and receptive language, social skills, pragmatics, and proficiency in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

Utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Crossroads School is committed to improving the quality of life for individuals with autism through tailored, comprehensive educational and related services.

This full-time position consists of 37.5 hours per week, from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. We provide 4.6 weeks of paid vacation annually, aligned with standard school holidays. Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, and creativity
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency/Massachusetts State License (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply)
  • Experience with ABA-based interventions and autism (preferred)
  • Familiarity with AAC systems programming and implementation (preferred)
