Club Concierge Representative

We are looking for a Club Concierge Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging experience for our members and guests.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting members and guests, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Handling front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and new member sign-ups.
- Facilitating updates to member accounts and responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
