We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of our medical team at Belton Regional Medical Center.
Key Responsibilities- Compassionately assist and position patients for MRI procedures
- Start IVs for contrast injection when necessary
- Assess image quality and make adjustments as needed
- Release patients with proper post-procedure instructions
- Turn over and prepare rooms using aseptic technique between patients and clean/sterilize equipment
- Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines
- High school graduate or graduate of an accredited school or college with certificate or degree in Radiology Technology
- Registered with the ARRT or ARMRIT. MRI registry within 6 months of hire
- BLS required within 30 days
- MR experience preferred
