Key Responsibilities:

  • Meticulously clean and disinfect restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
  • Restock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
  • Efficiently manage waste disposal and recycling.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor when interacting with members.
  • Report any damaged or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
  • Adhere to the 'Lost and Found Policy' by submitting lost items to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Benefits:

  • Complimentary Black Card Membership, granting access to any location, tanning services, and the ability to bring a guest.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work overnight shifts.
  • Prior custodial experience is preferred.
  • Strong punctuality and reliability.
  • Ability to work during overnight hours, if applicable.
  • Integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Capacity to independently resolve issues.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all interactions, utilizing appropriate language and behavior.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

This position is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check following the acceptance of an offer. All background screenings will be conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift.
  • Frequent reaching with hands, fingers, and arms.
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds on occasion.
  • Exposure to potentially hazardous chemicals may occur.

Compensation: Starting pay is $16.00 per hour.
