About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Eagle Health and Rehabilitation. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Transport patients to and from dining areas and assist with their feeding, ensuring a safe and dignified experience.
  • Monitor and report patient health, comfort, and safety observations, including skin integrity, elimination, and pain management.
  • Take and record patient vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and weight.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families, promoting a positive and compassionate care environment.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to call lights, and accommodating patient requests.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant from the State of Georgia.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on exceptional phone etiquette and flexibility to work various shifts.
  • Embracing the values and standards of Eagle Health and Rehabilitation, including a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
