Job Title: Active Directory Technical Lead

Job Summary:

Delphi-US is seeking a highly skilled Active Directory Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and maintenance of our Active Directory infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team on Active Directory-related projects and operational support.
  • AD Support: Provide support for teams requiring AD support, including LDAP integration, certificates, group policy administration, domain controller deployment and support, custom schema extensions, ADFS, PKI, and DNS.
  • Domain Upgrade Projects: Lead domain upgrade projects and ensure a smooth transition to new Active Directory environments.
  • Scripting and Automation: Compose scripts to automate system administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Office 365 Support: Provide support for Office 365-related services and technology, including authentication, Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience supporting and deploying complex Active Directory Domain Services.
  • Scripting Skills: Strong scripting skills in VB Script and PowerShell.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with AD schema extensions, promoting new domain controllers, designing and building new Active Directory services, troubleshooting replication, firewall configuration requirements, advanced group policy administration, and OU design and delegation.
