Kohler Co. seeks a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician

In our Kohler, WI manufacturing facility, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team. As an essential member of our production team, you will be responsible for providing electrical/electronic and mechanical diagnostics and repairs to process machinery, equipment, and controls within assigned work areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical/electronic and mechanical diagnostics and repair processes on assigned machinery, equipment, and controls
  • Repair all electrical equipment within your designated department area
  • Carry out regular preventive and predictive maintenance tasks on specified machinery and equipment
  • Understand and work with ladder diagrams, electronic schematics, and engineering drawings

Additionally, you must be proficient in using Computerized Maintenance Management software to create work notifications, look-up and order parts, print work orders, and enter time confirmations. You should also adhere to all required safety regulations and ensure the quality of each task performed.

Requirements:
  • A High School diploma/GED and associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or equivalent training in electro-mechanical devices
  • Complete a written technical skills evaluation and achieve a passing score on the STM (Standard Timing Model) assessment
  • Be capable of operating a fork truck
  • Bring your own tools
