Key Responsibilities

The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining positive, professional, and effective communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests while representing FPI.
  • Maintaining occupancy levels as established by owner/budget expectations.
  • Exhibiting professional leasing techniques.
  • Assisting with the completion of the monthly Market Surveys and analysis.
  • Assisting with advertising and marketing strategies for the apartment community as needed.

The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $47,500 per year, depending on experience.
