The Role
As an Engagement Solutions Specialist, you will collaborate with key accounts within Adobe's Healthcare Life Sciences sector. Your role will involve understanding their personalization and customer/member/patient engagement objectives, working alongside our internal teams, and proposing Adobe solutions that generate tangible business benefits.
We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive who is committed to surpassing sales goals through the promotion of the Adobe Experience Platform.

In this position, you will be responsible for driving new revenue streams and ensuring value realization. The ideal candidate is someone who excels in a proactive environment, focusing on prospecting, consultative selling, and achieving success.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement a strategic plan that prioritizes accounts and serves as a roadmap to exceed sales targets.

• Engage in prospecting to cultivate new business opportunities within designated account territories.

• Collaborate across functions: (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk) to navigate the sales process.

• Establish customer trust by recommending tailored solutions that align with their business goals.

• Participate in a collaborative selling environment.

Qualifications for Success

• Ability to distill the comprehensive capabilities of the Adobe Platform into a narrative focused on client business outcomes.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in large enterprise-level external software sales.

• In-depth knowledge of: the Adobe Experience Platform, Marketo, Campaign, and Target.

• A proven history of success and consistently exceeding sales quotas.

• A creative self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.

• An inquisitive mindset.

Our compensation structure reflects the labor market across various regions, and we offer competitive pay based on these defined markets. The salary range for this position is $258,000 -- $416,800 annually, with variations based on work location and job-related expertise. Specific salary details will be shared during the hiring process.

At Adobe, starting salaries for sales roles are presented as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), while non-sales roles are expressed as base salary with short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

Additionally, certain positions may qualify for long-term incentives in the form of equity awards for new hires.
