Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare rental agreements and advise customers on vehicle options and additional services.
  • Provide excellent customer service in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Meet sales and service standards, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including daily reports and branch support.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, using strong verbal and written skills.
  • Assist with vehicle returns and turnarounds, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in sales or commissioned positions preferred.
  • Ability to follow defined service and sales processes.
  • Willingness to travel, with some trips requiring air travel.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages a plus.
