Qualifications:
Education:

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Experience:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in logistics or supply chain is required.

Experience with computer data entry and/or warehouse operations is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Job Summary:

This role involves issuing, charging, and distributing both medical and non-medical supplies through a computerized inventory management system. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels and replenishing supplies across various departments.

- Conduct inventory counts and fill predetermined stock levels for exchange carts and replenishment areas.

- Utilize an iPad and/or ERP system to manage inventory processes.

- Collect and stage requested supplies for delivery based on priority using a pick list.

- Restock shelves in clean and bulk storerooms from daily receipts, ensuring accuracy in locations and bin labels as per the pick list.

- Coordinate the rental or purchase of patient orthopedic appliances, beds, and equipment.

- Manage soiled equipment in accordance with campus policies.

- Process returns of department stock.

- Handle, secure, and deliver prepackaged procedural trays, which may include medications.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storerooms and PAR locations at all times.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.
