About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Regional Director to join our Elevation Church Online team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing regionally-focused care, growth, and development to our local eFam leaders and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pastoral care and support to leaders and volunteers, including prayer, encouragement, and spiritual guidance.
  • Develop and implement opportunities for spiritual growth and discipleship through one-on-one mentoring, team meetings, and online resources.
  • Facilitate community building and connection among volunteers through regional events and activities.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a holistic approach to care, growth, and development within the online ministry.
  • Travel regularly to regional areas for in-person connection and support.
Requirements
  • Active participation in a church and a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and connect with people from a distance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellence.
  • Comfortable using online platforms and communication tools for virtual connection.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in pastoral care ministry, counseling, or spiritual care.
