About the Role

UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is a world-renowned institution for cancer care, research, and education. We are seeking a highly skilled PET/CT Technologist Specialist to join our team in Indiana and Johnstown, PA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced imaging procedures and provide technical expertise to various offices.
  • Function as a resource to staff, providing orientation, continuing education, and protocol development.
  • Assume leadership role in training staff on new equipment and maintain industry standards in imaging techniques.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and researchers to identify new techniques and problem-solving resolutions.
  • Develop and implement new training programs and assist with the startup of new offsite locations.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an ARRT-approved school of Radiologic Technology or certified by a CNMT program.
  • 3 years of CT experience required; Nuclear Medicine & PET CT experience preferred.
  • ARRT certified as a CT Technologist; CPR or BLS required.
  • Act 34 clearance.
