At TriCities Hospital, we are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and deliver respiratory care services to patients, including diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures.
- Monitor patients receiving invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation, and perform patient assessment, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure.
- Administer respiratory care therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy.
- Initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation, and conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate the need for, and response to, respiratory therapy.
- RRT/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT / RCP), or State Registered Respiratory Therapist.
- Associate Degree, or Vocational School Graduate.
