Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Plumber to manage our field techs and laborers on various projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects stay on schedule and delivering high-quality results.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced plumber to join our team at Energy 1 LLC. We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of field techs and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Department Manager to ensure project schedules are met and materials are ordered on time.
  • Recognize and communicate delays or issues to the Department Manager and Construction Manager via email.
  • Provide on-the-job training to new team members and mentor them in their roles.
  • Familiarize yourself with project plans and designs, ensuring accurate execution.
  • Maintain a safe and organized job site, adhering to company safety protocols.
  • Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of vehicles and trailers.
  • Communicate potential change orders to the Department Manager and ensure QA/QC of all aspects of the installation.
Requirements
  • Journeyman Plumbing License
  • Strong Communication Skills
