Job Description

Nakupuna Consulting & Sales, LLC. is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Application Administrator to provide expert-level support for our PeopleSoft environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PeopleSoft administration, code migration, and environment troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will collaborate with our Agile Teams, Release Manager, Configuration Manager, CyberSecurity Engineer, Interface Manager, and Program Manager to ensure seamless execution of our large-scale, multi-year contract for the Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) Army Military Payroll (AMP).

The PeopleSoft Application Administrator will be responsible for planning and managing PeopleSoft environments, ensuring quality code deliveries between environments, and providing troubleshooting support for environment issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and plan PeopleSoft environments
  • Create and maintain PeopleSoft environment diagrams
  • Oversee and conduct migrations of code and data to all environments
  • Provide technical assistance to developers, analysts, and testers using environments
  • Provide environment troubleshooting support
  • Work with Interface Manager on connectivity between interface partners
  • Work with CyberSecurity personnel to ensure Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) configurations are in place

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8 or more years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC and/or private sector preferred
  • PeopleSoft, Workday, or other ERP experience a plus
  • Certifications in CompTIA Security+, SAFe DevOps, and PeopleSoft HCM preferred
  • Current Secret clearance required

Work Location:

Work location will be in Arlington, Virginia with a hybrid option. Occasional travel may be required.
