Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our team at Wyndy, Inc. as a nanny for a young family in the 99849 region. Responsibilities

  • • Develop and implement engaging daily activities, including educational programs, creative play, and outdoor exploration, to promote cognitive growth and development.
  • • Prepare healthy meals and snacks, ensuring a balanced diet that meets the nutritional needs of our children.
  • • Establish and maintain a daily routine that includes hygiene routines, meal times, and sleep schedules, ensuring a sense of stability and security for our children.
  • • Collaborate with parents and guardians to understand their expectations, values, and parenting styles, ensuring a cohesive and supportive approach to childcare.
  • • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of our children's daily activities, progress, and any issues that may arise.
  • • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols, and reporting any concerns or incidents to management.
  • • Develop and maintain a positive and professional relationship with our children, their parents, and other caregivers, ensuring a sense of trust and respect.
