Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Atlantis Casino Resort & Spa. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, answering and transferring calls, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and transfer multiple calls for two properties
  • Run Front Desk and PBX reports
  • Perform data entry and filing tasks
  • Communicate with other departments clearly and professionally
  • Assist guests with current information and events at the Atlantis and Monarch Casino
  • Take guest requests and issues and distribute them to the correct departments
  • Give guest wake-up calls
Requirements
  • Must be polite and professional over the phone at all times
  • Must be reliable in regards to attendance and work performance and teamwork
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to retain information
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in HMS, Outlook, and HotSOS/Amadeus is a plus but not required
  • Ability to maintain a high work performance
  • Ability to give great guest service
  • Ability to be proficient when answering/transferring guest and team member calls
  • Ability to follow all company policies and procedures
  • Must adhere to all appearance standards, including but not limited to no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors
