Job Summary

We are seeking an Adjunct Faculty member to teach College Success courses at Olympic College. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach College Success courses, including College Success 110, to students in a variety of settings, including in-person, hybrid, and online.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse student populations.
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback to students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies.
  • Participate in departmental and college-wide initiatives to promote student success and retention.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • College-level teaching experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and staff from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to teaching and learning, and to promoting student success and retention.
