Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process inventory in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Participate in taking warehouse inventory counts and provide accurate data.
  • Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
  • Provide input to improve processes and procedures.
  • Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
  • Act independently within delegated areas of responsibility.
  • Assist in achieving budgeted goals and objectives.
  • Follow ergonomic procedures and operate equipment safely.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequently lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
  • Move merchandise from warehouse stock and prepare product for store deliveries.
  • Stand, sit, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
  • Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold (including outdoor temperatures and refrigerator/freezer environments).
  • Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
