Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to support our growing Home Health and Hospice division in Colorado Springs. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive growth and improve community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve referral/admission growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including area physicians, social services/discharge planners, and nursing home administrators.
  • Provide education and resource information to the community, patients, families, and physicians to maintain an exceptional service level.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree (healthcare preferred) plus at least three years of professional healthcare sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively cope with patients, families, and others with varying backgrounds and value judgments.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discuss only necessary information related to patient care.
