About the Role

Hewlett House is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling tires and automotive services, and driving sales and profitability of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Meet and greet customers, answer phone calls, and schedule appointments.
  • Sales and Service: Determine customer needs, create repair orders, and explain warranties and options to customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store, and review completed repairs with customers.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or comparable vocational training.
  • Experience: 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Knowledge of computerized sales and marketing software, auto/truck tire, lubrication, and maintenance issues.
