Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Collaborate with the team to achieve growth targets in financial performance, including outstanding deposits, loans, and non-interest income. Actively seek and deliver client introductions to the right team members to achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiatives.
  • Client Experience: Provide positive client experiences by assisting with account questions, problems, and complaints. Resolve issues in a timely and effective manner, delivering client engagement and education. Meet behavioral activity goals, including NextGen and marketing campaign lead calling, weekly appointments set, and completed.
  • Risk Management: Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly, striving for no controllable losses.
  • Perform moderately complex special projects and additional duties as required.
  • Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job, completing required compliance trainings.
Requirements
  • High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent, required
  • 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience, including in the financial services industry, required
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, preferred. NMLS registration can be completed after job entry date
  • Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures
  • Experience in the financial services industry, preferred
  • Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies, preferred
